Ron_1.JPG      Dr. Ron Weich

Dr. Ron Weich is a 1994 graduate of Ross University and joined the practice in 1995; he has been owner since 2010.  His areas of interest include: ophthalmology, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. He is a private pilot, and enjoys motorcycle touring, as well as spending time with his family.

Dr. Misty Callaham attended undergraduate and veterinary school at Texas A&M University. She joined the Crossroads Animal Hospital team in 2002, and became Dr. Weich’s business partner in 2015.  Her interests include soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgeries, and cardiology. Misty enjoys running, skiing, and spending time with her family.

Dr. James Koschmann is a Wisconsin native and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1977. He is the founding owner of Crossroads Animal Hospital and semi retired now. His areas of interest include: orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries. He enjoys carving duck decoys, photography, and spending time with his family and animals.

Dr. Mark Lenox is from Dallas, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1984. His areas of interest are soft tissue surgeries and exotic animals. He enjoys photography, golf, training for triathlons and spending time with his dog Buster.

Dr. Sharon Joslin-Ortiz grew up in a military family and traveled all over the world. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 1989. Her area of interest is internal medicine. She's an avid swimmer, enjoys spending time with her family, and is very committed to studying the bible.

Dr. Margie Zavala, a native El Pasoan, graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 and joined the practice in 1999. Her interests include: dermatology and internal medicine. Her hobbies are reading non-fiction, cooking and spending time with her husband, two sons and daughter.

      Dr. Cristina Danks

Dr. Cristina Danks grew up in Kirtland, Ohio, which is a small town in the northeastern part of the state. She received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2014 from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. In her spare time she enjoys being outside with her dog, running, baking, crafting and really loves to travel. She has one dog, two Sphynx cats and a whole room dedicated to her ever growing reptile collection.
